Last updated: 22 September 2026. These Terms of Use govern the ClinEdPulse mobile applications operated by ClinEdPulse LLC.
1. The service
ClinEdPulse provides expert-led educational video, events, and discussion tools for healthcare professionals. Content is for education only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for clinical judgment or consultation with a licensed physician.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You may delete your account at any time in the app or at /legal/delete-account.
3. Acceptable use
You will not post protected health information, unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, or harassing content, or content that infringes others' rights. Live Q&A and case submissions may be filtered, reported, and reviewed. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ClinEdPulse a license to host, review, and (for cases you consented to) use that content for educational discussion. You confirm case materials are fully de-identified.
5. Events and payments
Live webinars in the app are educational sessions. Hybrid/in-person conference tickets, when paid, are for attendance at a real-world event and are processed by Stripe. Fees, refunds, and attendance rules for a given event are shown on that event's registration flow.
6. Intellectual property
Videos, branding, and faculty materials remain the property of ClinEdPulse or its licensors (including YouTube-hosted players). You may not redistribute them except via in-app share controls.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that educational content is complete or applicable to any particular patient. Always check with a qualified clinician before making medical decisions.
